Neeraj Gaur is a seasoned techno-commercial leader with over 30 years of experience in power and energy distribution, project execution, and emissions consulting. His career spans strategic roles in utility transformation, energy efficiency, and low-carbon transitions across India. As CEO of Emissio, he spearheads projects focused on GHG accounting, renewable integration, and energy-efficiency optimisation for DISCOMs and industrial clients.

A former Power Sector Expert with RTI International and advisor to Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), Neeraj has led large-scale audits and decarbonization programs such as Tripura’s Distribution Network Efficiency Improvement and Bihar’s Energy Transition under United Nations Environment Program(UNEP). His expertise includes demand-side management, smart-meter analytics, and renewable energy planning.
