Our Story
Founded in 2015 as Technical Network Solutions (TNS), we spent a decade helping India's power utilities and industries improve reliability, efficiency (through GHG & Loss Reduction), and customer outcomes. Between 2015-2025, TNS operated as both a consulting and research organization under the GST No. 09AAKFT2681A1Z6, and was deregistered from that GST No. in March 2025 to pave the way for Emissio.
In April 2025, we rebranded to Emissio (GST No. 09AHMPG6313R1ZQ) — to reflect our expanded mission: accelerating India's transition to low-emissions energy through rigorous audits, pragmatic engineering and evidence-based policy and program support. Emissio continues working with same outlook as TNS - with a consulting and research focus in the areas of low emissions, GHG reduction, renewable energy, et.al.
The rebrand builds on three decades of leadership in power distribution, energy efficiency, and large-scale program delivery across India.

Neeraj Gaur is a seasoned energy-transition leader with over 30 years’ experience in power distribution, GHG verification, and low-emission strategy. As CEO and Principal Emissions Engineer at Emissio, he drives large-scale decarbonisation, energy audits, and smart-grid projects across India. A Certified Energy Auditor and GHG Lead Verifier, Neeraj has led transformative programs for UNEP, FICCI, and DISCOMs—integrating renewables, efficiency, and analytics to advance India’s low-carbon future
Aashwin Gaur
Head of Operations
Aashwin operationalises Emissio’s engineering, auditing and consulting workflows at scale—ensuring that technical delivery (site audits, verification, asset mapping, modelling) aligns seamlessly with commercial, quality and client-outcome imperatives. He drives end-to-end operational excellence across projects in energy-efficiency, decarbonisation and smart-grid enablement, embedding process discipline, performance metrics, cross-functional coordination and client-facing service execution to support Emissio’s growth and impact ambitions.
Sujata Rai
General Manager
Sujata Rai brings nearly two decades of academic and applied expertise in power electronics, control systems, and network analysis—core pillars of Emissio’s engineering excellence. As General Manager, she strengthens Emissio’s technical foundation in renewable-grid integration, distributed power systems, and R&D oversight. Her background in electrical machines and fuzzy-system modelling aligns with Emissio’s mission to merge data-driven analysis with practical engineering for low-emission energy transformation
Eshita Trivedi
Legal Counsel (Emissions)
Eshita Trivedi serves as the Legal Counsel at Emissio, bridging law and low-emission policy. With experience spanning corporate compliance, competition, and environmental law, she supports Emissio’s policy, ESG, and regulatory advisory functions. Her background in corporate and public law strengthens Emissio’s mission to integrate sustainable energy strategy with sound legal frameworks for climate-aligned development
Anindya Parbhakar
Chief Data Officer
Anindya serves as the data-strategic anchor at Emissio, translating the company’s extensive technical and engineering asset data into actionable insights, predictive analytics and decision-quality governance. He leads the development of a robust data architecture aligned with Emissio’s mission of low-emission energy transition, enabling integrated performance monitoring, cross-domain reporting (GHG, grid, efficiency), and data-driven advisory services across renewable integration, energy audits and smart-grid domains.
